Climbing and play is inherently dangerous. By purchasing, installing, and using the products Tree Frog Play or Megalith LLC provides, you are accepting all risk and liability upon yourself and anyone who uses the products you purchase. These risks include but are not limited to physical and psychological injury or even death as well as damage to property. Tree Frog Play and Megalith LLC shall not be held responsible for any use or misuse of our products including but not limited to installation, application, or general use.

Always be safe when climbing and playing, which means using proper safety precautions including protective mats and using a spotter. A harness and belay system should be used on any height that would present a risk of injury upon falling. Creating a safe climbing environment is your responsibility, and any advice given by Tree Frog Play and Megalith LLC is superseded by your own judgement.

Climbing, using climbing related products, and installing climbing related products may cause damage to the building and surrounding property you use them in. Tree Frog Play and Megalith LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages to property.

In no event shall Tree Frog Play and Megalith LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products.
