Return Policy & Other Shop Policies
Returns
We accept returns on all new/unused products within 6 months of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging. All refunds are restricted to the original buyer, and to the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, we can issue store credit only.
To qualify for a refund item must be in original packaging or be defective from the manufacturer.
Products that have been opened, used, or that are not in the original packaging will be replaced or refunded with store credit only.
Products that have been damaged beyond normal wear cannot be returned.
Buyer is responsible for the payment of any and all shipping expenses to return the order/item(s).
To return your package, please email treefrogteam@gmail.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order #
- Date
- Item being returned and a photo of it/them in new/unused condition
- Reason for return
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for the providing a complete and accurate address for their order. If an incorrect address is provided, it is the buyer's responsibility to collect the package from the delivery address provided to Tree Frog at the time of order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for the original shipping charges, and any new charges for a reshipment. Tree Frog is not able to provide complimentary reshipments for this reason.
