At Tree Frog Play, we build our products to be strong, safe, and ready for years of climbing, exploring, and active play. That’s why every Tree Frog Play product is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

If something isn’t right due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll make it right. Our team will review the issue and, if covered, provide a replacement part or product at no cost to you.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
