We want you to feel confident ordering from Tree Frog Play. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

We accept returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser. Items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging, or be defective due to a manufacturing issue.

Because our products are designed for active play, items that have been opened, installed, or used are not eligible for return. Products that are damaged beyond normal wear also cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
