Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your Tree Frog Play order on its way! To help ensure a smooth delivery, we ask that you carefully review your shipping details before placing your order.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders $99 or more. Due to their size, Double Climbing Panels are excluded, as these one-piece, oversized panels require additional carrier shipping fees.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Freight Shipping
Large orders of $750 or more may ship by freight on a pallet. Freight deliveries are typically made curbside and may require someone to be present to receive the shipment.

Our delivery service will contact you by phone to coordinate the delivery details before arrival. If freight delivery, curbside drop-off, or receiving the shipment may be a concern, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Accurate Shipping Address
Please note that buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is delivered to that address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the package from that delivery location.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer complimentary reshipments in cases where an incorrect address was provided.

If you realize there’s an issue with your shipping address shortly after placing an order, please reach out to us at support@treefrogplay.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in transit, we’re always happy to help when we can.
